GK Dream Hair is a business in the hair and beauty industry that sells 100% quality virgin hair extensions and offer hair salon services.
Delivery policy is Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of email (for e.g. booking number / booking voucher etc. and must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable.)
Sometimes! Due to the high volume of orders we experience, there will be an increase in processing time. We always working hard to get your orders out as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience! Sale periods and high volume periods processing time can reach up to 4 to 6 weeks, so delivery from time of orders can be somewhat delayed.
The way businesses react to certain circumstances has changed. Covid19 has brought about unprecedented times. In some circumstances, eg. border closures, flight and customs delays that will affect clients receiving their orders on time, clients will be made aware of the situation,

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY
All sales are final. We do not do Refunds or Exchanges regardless of the circumstances.
Please note that we sell a quality product, but Frontals and Lace systems are not guaranteed to last years as they fragile because how it is made with the lace.
GK DREAMHAIR is a real human hair product, for health concerns and sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns on all wigs, lace systems, unused, used or opened hair bundles. Be advised that once we start the processing of a custom wig, no refunds will be done. Custom wigs are made specifically for you.
In any instance where a client does return any goods, the client is responsible for any and all customs clearance issues and costs involved.
All gift cards and SALE ITEMS are FINAL Sales.
CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY
GK Dream Hair shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the GK DREAM HAIR bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
CREDIT CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY
Credit card transactions will be acquired for GK DREAM HAIR via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS
Customer details will be stored by GK DREAM HAIR separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za
MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
