Gk Dream Hair ships worldwide. We use DHL (International) and (Local) courier companies for our shipping.
All Orders: *Please note that your order will take up to 48-72 business hours after being ready, to be processed for shipping. If your order is placed during a sale, holiday, or high-volume period, orders will take four to six weeks to process.
The delivery policy is Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days, and delivery confirmed by way of email (for e.g. waybill number, etc. and we must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable.)
Sometimes! Due to the high volume of orders we experience, there will be an increase in processing times. We always working hard to get your orders out as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience! During sale periods and high volume periods, processing times can reach up to 4 to 6 weeks, so delivery from the time of orders can be somewhat delayed.
GK Dream Hair is not responsible for issues once the hair has been shipped. Please note that insurance should be taken for shipping to cover the value of your package.
Due to the high crime rate in South Africa, we advise clients take insurance on goods in transit.
